Common questions.
What counts as an agent action?
An agent action is any task an agent completes on your behalf — sending an email, creating a calendar event, drafting a document, qualifying a lead, fetching campaign metrics, or executing any other tool. Reading messages or having a conversation with an agent does not count against your action quota.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from your Settings page. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans receive a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Contact admin@bookitlabz.com to switch to annual.
What integrations are included?
Starter includes any 3 integrations of your choice. Growth and Enterprise include unlimited integrations across Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Ads, HubSpot, Notion, ElevenLabs, Slack, and others added regularly.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. Database access is protected by Row Level Security so users can only see their own data. We follow Google API Services Limited Use requirements and never sell or share your data.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no long-term commitments. Cancel from your Settings page in two clicks. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin. We will remind you 3 days before your trial ends.
What happens when I hit my action limit?
Your agents will pause non-critical actions and ask you to upgrade or wait until the next billing cycle. We will never silently overcharge you. You can also purchase additional action packs at any time.
