Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and Bookit Labz LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Made for Human ("Bookit Labz", "we", "us", "M4H"), governing your access to and use of the M4H platform at https://made4human.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

M4H is an AI-powered business operations platform that provides 26 AI agents organized into six departments — marketing, sales, legal, human resources, customer service, and finance. The agents can chat with users, coordinate with each other in a Meeting Room, and execute actions on connected third-party services on the user's behalf.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You must provide accurate information during signup and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at admin@bookitlabz.com of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk communications through any connected service.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse the AI agents, or extract the underlying models or system prompts.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service.
  • Harm minors, infringe intellectual property, or generate hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content.
  • Use the Service to develop a competing product or service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Connected Services

The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts (such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Ads, HubSpot, Notion, ElevenLabs, and Slack) via OAuth. By connecting a service you authorize M4H to read and write data on your behalf to the extent granted by the OAuth scope.

  • You can revoke access at any time from the Connectors page in your dashboard.
  • M4H is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party service.
  • Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for complying with them.

6. AI Agent Actions

M4H's AI agents act on your behalf based on your instructions and the context you provide. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing important outputs before acting on them.
  • Critical actions (sending emails, creating contracts, modifying ad budgets, etc.) may require explicit approval. The Service offers an approval queue for this purpose.
  • You are ultimately responsible for any action taken through your connected accounts, whether initiated by you or by an agent acting on your behalf.
  • Bookit Labz is not liable for losses arising from agent actions you approved or that fall within the scope of your stated instructions.

7. Intellectual Property

The M4H platform, including its software, design, agent prompts, and trademarks, is owned by Bookit Labz LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Knowledge Base and all data in your connected accounts. By uploading content you grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service for you.

8. Payment Terms

  • M4H is offered as a paid subscription. Plan details and pricing are available at made4human.com/pricing.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will continue to have access until then.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change indicates acceptance of the new pricing.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BOOKIT LABS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO BOOKIT LABS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bookit Labs LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account from the Settings page or by emailing admin@bookitlabz.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we are required to by law. Upon termination, your OAuth tokens are deleted immediately and your account data is purged within 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The federal and state courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that are not subject to arbitration.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days it will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in Sheridan, Wyoming, in English. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for urgent matters.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and posted here. Your continued use of the Service after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
